UPDATE 20 APR 2012

Auditions finally over!  Roles now being handed out – so far, so swell.  I was reminded that there is some fantastic talent out there just waiting to be found and made fat full of character.

Really excited about the choice two leads and it’s been a while since people spoke my words for an audience (let’s hope there’s an audience this time around…)

Shooting to take place late June.  Must come up with homework for the cast.   First and foremost – handpicked Buffy episodes to give a taste of the genius that is Joss Whedon and the wishful talent that caused the monumental loss of skin from my knees………………. it made sense a minute ago so I’m sticking with it.

Thanks to all that have given their time and effort to the liberation of Anthony’s clogged brain.

UPDATE 3 FEB 2012

Added casting notice and audition form in the new Page link NOTICES for my film project titled TRAVELS.

Audition space has been booked and project moving forward.  Next up is script breakdown, locations and finalizing crew personnel.

Please contact me if you’re interested in helping out pro-bono.

UPDATE 3 JAN 2012

Happy New Year to all!!!  Wishing that your wishes come true…

Haven’t posted in a while so just letting my readers know that I have been working on a film project with more to come, in addition to trying to finally land a permanent artist that will commit to my comic book The Make Believe.  Slow and steady kicks your face…

Come back soon.

UPDATE 14 OCT 2011

Spent the day at NY Comic Con and it reminded me to tell you to please buy comic books and enjoy them as much as I do.  Whatever your interests – monsters, superheroes, demons, zombies or lovers – there are too many to mention that are just plain ol’ fantastic.  If the recent less than stellar flicks based on some of the more popular series have soured your view on picture books, visit your local shop and invite a suggestion or two about some more obscure titles.  The rise of independents, mixed genre artists and writers has only broadened the spectrum for our benefit.  There are plenty pregnant with spectacle and reflection, and you can free your mind of the numbing plot details wielded by the Hollywood hammer.  I love the red capes and dark cowls, but sometimes it’s good to start by taking off the costume.

Please contact me for suggestions and recommendations.

UPDATE 23 SEP 2011

Aside from my other projects, I am currently wrapping up a short Halloween-inspired script tentatively titled Johnny and His Sweetheart, which I intend to direct myself, hopefully this Fall.  I have been recently inspired by the new Ryan Gosling flick Drive (fantastic by the way – will be picking up a copy of the novel soon) and some Ambrose Bierce I have been reading.

Will keep you apprised and possibly post portions of script.
